TERMS OF SALE

    FORMALIZATION OF THE SALE

    No sales contract will exist in relation to any product until your order has been expressly accepted by Amarras Nautic SL. If your order is not accepted, the full amount will be refunded. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request. All orders are subject to our acceptance. The purchase will only be accepted when we send you the shipping confirmation, and this will refer exclusively and solely to those products indicated in the shipping confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply you with any other products. We reserve the right not to accept an order in the following cases: 1) In the event of a technical error and/or a typographical error in the price or other product information. 2) In the event of unavailability of the product(s).

    Home delivery:

    Spain and Portugal (Peninsula)

    Your order will be shipped via GLS.

    Orders will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the shipping date. Shipping will take place within 24 business hours of registration.

    During sales, promotions, or special campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

    European Union

    Orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 days from the shipping date. Shipping will take place within 24 business hours of registration.

    Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

    Orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 days from the shipping date. Shipping will take place within 24 business hours of registration.

    For orders from outside the EU and the Canary Islands, please specify that your ID or passport is required for the intra-community invoice, which you must provide.

    Customs taxes and shipping fees will be paid by the recipient upon arrival in the destination country, where applicable.

    *If you reject the package once it has been shipped, the shipping costs will be deducted from the order amount.

    *In case of loss or misplacement, the order will be fully refunded.

    We do not ship to PO Boxes, so please provide your exact delivery address.

    Delivery times are estimated once payment has been confirmed by the Customer. We are not responsible for any delivery incidents caused by the shipping service.

    METHOD OF PAYMENT

    The payment methods accepted by Amarras Nautic, SL are:

    Visa, Mastercard, Bizum, Paypal, Klarna, GPay cards

    SHIPPING COSTS

    Shipping and prices (VAT included) are as follows:
    – National and Peninsular Shipping 24/48 hours: from €4.95.
    – Shipping to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: inquire by sending an email to info@amarras-sport.com.
    The Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are not part of the EU customs territory, so shipments may be subject to taxes and/or customs duties. In most cases, these duties are collected upon delivery. You may receive a notification by email requesting personal presence to pay these duties and collect the package. The amount of these duties may vary depending on the weight/value of the package. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Amarras Nautic SL does not include customs duties.

    EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND

    You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to change your mind. You can exchange or return all or part of your order. (EU Directive 2011/83/EC).

    In the event that the exchange or return is due to causes attributable to Amarras Nautic, SL (a defective product or one that doesn't match the purchased reference), Amarras Nautic, SL will be responsible for collecting the products and/or exchanging them for the correct one, covering the costs associated with this return and/or exchange.
    In the event that the exchange or return is due to reasons not attributable to Amarras Nautic, SL, such as a change of mind or an error on the part of the customer at the time of purchase, the customer must be responsible for shipping the product. The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and have its original labeling.

    The product to be returned, along with the purchase invoice received by email, must be sent to:

    We cannot refund or exchange any item that is not in perfect condition. In these cases, the customer will be refunded the amount paid, excluding shipping costs. Amarras Nautic does not offer direct exchanges. The customer must place a new order for the preferred items. Shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. Amarras Nautic SL reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products have been received and their condition verified.

    TAXES

    Prices always include Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other taxes, fees, tariffs, or surcharges.

    PRICES

    Product prices include VAT. Products will be sold at the indicated price, the price shown at the time of order confirmation by the customer being valid.

    VALIDITY

    Amarras Nautic, SL reserves the right to modify prices, products, offers, and other commercial conditions without prior notice.
