Exchange Policy

CHANGES

You can make exchanges within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order . To make an exchange, if you are a registered customer, you can access your customer area and request an exchange. Once accepted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to ship the item. If you are not registered, request an exchange by sending an email to pedidos@amarras-sport.com.

The deadline for claiming damage to the merchandise resulting from the carrier's actions will be twenty-four hours or at the time of delivery if the damage is visible externally.

In any case, Amarras will require the consumer to return the products in perfect condition, in a resalable state, undamaged or stained, odorless, complete, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice or delivery note. The consumer is also informed that if the products are not returned in the original packaging, the goods will be depreciated.

Amarras reserves the right to refuse refunds for merchandise and items deemed used or damaged. Swimwear and socks cannot be returned under any circumstances for hygiene reasons.
