Exchange Policy

CHANGES

You have 30 days from receipt of your order . You must send the product yourself, and when we receive it, we'll send you the exchange free of charge.

If you are a registered customer, you can access the customer area and manage the exchange. If you are not registered, send an email with your order number and the exchange you wish to make to: pedidos@amarras-sport.com .

Once this is done, you can send the product along with a copy of the invoice or delivery note to:

If you prefer, you can also do it in person at  Showroom Amarras Las Rozas . Opening hours:  Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

In any case, Amarras will require the consumer to return the products in perfect condition, in a resalable state, undamaged or stained, odorless, complete with tags, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice or delivery note.

The deadline for claiming damage to the merchandise resulting from the carrier's actions is 24 hours, or at the time of delivery if the damage is visible externally.
