CHANGES
You have 30 days from receipt of the order .
To make an exchange, log in to your account on the website. Within your profile, you can select the one that you want to exchange ans add the new one. Once accepted, we'll send you your new item and collect the other one from your home for only 4.50€. (Service available only in mainland Spain).
If you can't access your account, call us and we'll help you.

To exchange any product, it is essential that it be returned in perfect condition, unused, undamaged or stained, without any odor, in resalable condition without cut labels and accompanied by a copy of the invoice or delivery note.
The deadline for claiming damage to the goods resulting from the actions of the carrier will be 24 hours or at the time of delivery if the damage is externally noticeable.
