Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order.

If you wish to make a return, log in to your account on the website and request it. You can ship the item yourself, or if you prefer, we can collect it from your home (mainland Spain only) for a fee of €5.50. This amount will be deducted directly from your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. For the Canary and Balearic Islands, the customer must ship the item to our warehouse using their preferred method.

For international orders, shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account, although the process is usually shorter, depending on your card issuer and their internal procedures. If you haven't received your money after this period, please contact us at +34 912 00 47 67.

We will always refund the price of the returned item(s), never the shipping costs.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, without any signs of use, stains, odors, or any condition that would prevent their resale as a new product. To receive a refund, items must include their original packaging, with all tags and components included, and be returned within 30 days of receiving your order or purchasing it in-store.

Items considered used or damaged will not be refunded. Underwear, swimwear, and socks cannot be returned under any circumstances for hygiene reasons.

 

Defective Products

The deadline for claiming damage to merchandise caused by the carrier is 24 hours, or at the time of delivery if the damage is visible externally.
