Si quieres un cambio solo tienes que acceder a la web con tu cuenta y solicitarlo. Te enviaremos tu nueva prenda, recogiendo al mismo tiempo la anterior en tu domicilio sin coste alguno.
Si deseas hacer una devolución accede a la web con tu cuenta y solicítala. Te recogeremos la prenda en tu domicilio con el coste de 3,50€ que será descontado del importe a devolver. Esta devolución se realizará en el método de pago original.
