Exchanges and Returns
At Amarras, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase .
For purchases made from November 14th onwards, you have until January 10th for any exchange or return.
If you'd like to exchange an item, simply log in to your account, select the item you want to exchange, and choose another. We'll send you your new item and collect the old one from your home at no extra cost.
To make a return, log in to your account and select the item you wish to return. We will collect the item from your home for a fee of €3.50, which will be deducted from your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Order Track
Once payment is authorized, you will receive an email with your order number. You can then check the status of your order in the "My Orders" section.
Once shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking link. This link will let you track the status and location of your order at any time.
